Booking Guarantee

Silver, Gold and Platinum Frog Members now have included in their membership a “Booking Guarantee” as part of Travelling Frogs further commitment to our Members. How does this work?

  1. You must be a registered Silver, Gold or Platinum Frog member.
  2. Under the Silver Frog Membership if your property does not receive a booking in your first 12 months membership your second year’s membership is FREE on Travelling Frogs.
  3. Under the Gold and Platinum Memberships if any of your properties do not receive a booking in your first 12 months membership the second year’s membership is FREE on Travelling Frogs for those properties up to a maximum of ten properties on the Gold Frog Membership and a maximum of twenty properties on your Platinum Frog Membership.
  4. Any member may pay an additional marketing and advertising fee to Travelling Frogs to assist in creating more public exposure for your property through digital and traditional marketing. For more info contact Travelling Frogs at info@travellingfrogs.com
  5. You must provide a request to take up the “Booking Guarantee” offer in writing to Travelling Frogs at info@travellingfrogs.com for each property no later than 7 days before the expiration of your current membership.
  6. This offer is subject to the discretion of Travelling Frogs Accounts Department in determining through their records whether or not a booking has occurred at any individual property during the membership period.
  7. Travelling Frogs reserves the right to cancel or alter this offer at any time with 28 days notice provided on this page or on the membership options page.
