Limelight is an ultra-modern, north facing property with uninterrupted ocean views and solar heated swimming pool. It accommodates up to 16 people and is designed over three levels to comfortably accommodate large groups looking for a luxury holiday. Just a short walk to Terrigal’s boutique shops, trendy cafes and fine dining.

Limelight’s12 x 4 metre illuminated and solar heated swimming pool is a sure way to relax and soak up the sun.
There are numerous living areas, one suited to formal entertaining and the others for comfortable and relaxed living. The north facing balcony has a BBQ, 8 seater setting and sunshine all day long.
The top terrace features 180° degree expansive views from Wamberal to Terrigal. It also features a separate entertaining area with huge deck, bar, separate toilet and lounge area with 42 inch LCD TV with Foxtel.
The ground level consists of a vast open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It’s generous design features sliding glass doors that open onto an entertaining balcony, creating uninterrupted indoor/ outdoor space.
The sleek modern kitchen with Caesar stone bench tops is well equipped with Miele appliances including gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. We provide a coffee machine with complimentary pods to help you get started for the day. This level also features 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (the main bedroom with ensuite).

Limelight is located on the scenic Central Coast only 90 minutes north of Sydney via the F3 Freeway. The property is only a short stroll to Wamberal beach which is popular amongst tourists and residents for its great surfing, fishing, and diving. Terrigal beach is a short walk away with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. If you need a coffee or feel like dining out for breakfast or lunch, Lotus Café is located just a block away from the property, and Wamberal Surf Club café is just one block further. Limelight is also located on the same street as Wamberal Breakers Club.
